Perks overshadow the quirks
The location is unbeatable—only two minutes from the metro made exploring Hong Kong a breeze. The spacious room was clean and the rainfall shower was a delightful touch.
However, I found the staff’s service can be a bit brusque at times. Some basic amenities like toilet soap were missing, which felt a bit lacking for a hotel stay.

The communal kitchen was a great asset for preparing meals and saving on dining costs during my stay.

Al Dente TST was a culinary gem just a stone's throw away, serving gluten-free delights that were straight-up bomb. The location was rad, only two minutes from Tsim Sha Tsui station, making it a breeze to bounce around Hong Kong. Plus, that rainfall shower was a heavenly touch after a long day out.
But let's not sugarcoat everything. the staff could really use a lesson in politeness, especially when I asked about an invoice—had an arrogant vibe for sure. And dealing with the laundry was a hassle at night. The cockroach incident wasn’t exactly a chef’s kiss either.

8/10
Aye, the room was dope, real comfy with a nice rainfall shower. Location mad clutch, just 2 min from the metro—made movin' around easy. Only thing, the walls was thin, heard too much from next door. That coulda been better, no doubt. I was vibin' in that bed, though.

We enjoyed the location, which made visiting family-friendly spots a breeze. The kids loved the nearby parks, and the access to restaurants was fantastic. It was nice to have our own space in a comfortable room that suited our needs.
My kids wished the laundry service was more reliable.

Couple Well-Balanced Experience
The room we had was quiet, and clean, which was crucial after a long day. The lounge area had a full kitchen and laundry machines, what a lifesaver for meals and freshening up clothes!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 04spacious roomconvenient locationnoisy neighborsinconsistent wi-fidisappointing views
The room was quite spacious and clean, making it comfortable for a relaxing stay. Enjoyed the lovely pillows and the convenient proximity to the underground for easy access to the city. However, the noisy neighbors disrupted my peace at night, and the Wi-Fi, while fast, did have its moments of inconsistency. The views from my window were also quite underwhelming, leaving room for improvement.

The bathroom was fantastic with a lovely rainfall shower, and those pillows were super comfy too! I really enjoyed unwinding at the cozy lounge area and the communal kitchen worked perfectly for quick meals. Just a heads up, the water pressure could've been a bit better, but it didn’t make my stay any less enjoyable! 😊

The Deluxe Queen Room was cozy with super comfy pillows and a nice rainfall shower that felt great after a long day. Location was solid—just a 2-minute walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro. Only downside was the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors a bit too well, which disrupted my chill time. But honestly, I was vibing in that bed!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Superior Double Room, and while the weekly housekeeping was a nice touch, I found the noisy surroundings a bit bothersome during my stay. Overall though, I would consider returning for more shared activities.
