The place was clean and functional, had immensely pleasant staff who gave excellent service. In general the room was neat and compact of handy with internet, and I really enjoyed it.

when i am in hong kong, i like staying here. the units are cheap, neat by housekeeping everyday. the location is marvellous, 1 km from avenue of stars. what's more, it's very close to a mosque and an art gallery.

The location was fantastic, close to Kowloon park. There was a market and a drugstore right next door. The bedroom was spacious and the en suite bathroom was large.

Handy location, very close to The One. Outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite staff interactions.

Wi-Fi was bad.

It is centrally located for shopping and sight-seeing. The mtr (subway) is < 5 minutes away, and taxis were always outside the hotel. The area is lively, so finding food and feeling safe were never an issue. The local shops were open until 11pm, but people hung out until about midnight. The k-11 mall has many quality restaurants, but you must place your order or be seated before 10pm. My Deluxe room was modern and the hotel has great internet connectivity for FREE! Plus I had a microwave which came in handy. The room size was good enough for me and everything worked - the pillows and shower (water power) were awesome. The staff is young, friendly and helpful. My check-in/out went smoothly, but sometimes many people arrived at the same time, so you will have to wait a few minutes. I had a great experience and would recommend others. NOTE: Buy an Octopus card (travel card) at the airport, because it will save your life on public transportation or you need the EXACT fare. The taxis DO NOT take credit cards. You can replenish the card at the subway stations or 7-Elevens; and it can be used to purchase food (at some places) and at vending machines. You can recharge your cell phone battery at all 7-Elevens, 30 minutes for HKD 12. Some malls offer this service at the Concierge desk (FREE).

The view of the surrounding buildings was undesirable, because the buildings are old and could use some serious painting. This is more obvious if you have a Superior room, because the buildings are closer, plus there is less natural sunlight. The Deluxe rooms have more distance from the buildings and get more natural light. The ugliness of the surrounding buildings only bothered me in the mornings.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and a nice size with free WiFi and microwave. The hotel boasts a central location near the main shopping area of HK, all of which are in walking distance. The best part is that it's not far from many good restaurants, 7eleven, underground and ferry, subway and shopping center, and the metro station.

I booked a nicely designed and functional room that came with an amazing shower and bathtub. The team was extremely polite and offered excellent service. The location is particularly good and decent in the center of Hong Kong.

The food was fine and the staff were immensely pleasant. Neat and compact rooms, the design was comfortable. Location: the hotel was just off Especially to malls and next to all the high fashion label stores and the bus stop of the A21 for the airport.

Convenient location near metro, restaurants, bars, and markets. Clean rooms and reception area. Quiet and comfortable with different pillow options. Spacious rooms, especially the business one. Good price. Useful mobile phones provided.

People nice. Room nice. Free wifi was great. This was the main reason we went there.

I regretted not going to a hotel with a pool and sauna. Also, the stupid traslucent bathroom door was a nuisance. It means noisy time everytime someone goes to bathroom. And no rest for sleeper if one partner can't sleep.

Conveniently located near attractions, MTR, and 24/7 convenience stores. Spacious rooms, even with extra bed. Comfortable and well-priced staycation option. Good Wi-Fi for business travelers.

I would have liked a redirection al bathroom door.

The room was reasonably sized and newly furnished, with a large bathroom. The location was optimal, with the subway just a 5-minute walk away. The staff provided excellent service and displayed professionalism throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in Tsim sa Tsui which very easy to access to anywhere, very closed to MTR.

Hotel staff didn't help to hold the bag. And the pictures that shown in website looks bigger than the real room.
